About the Team Our top tier Dispute Resolution practice handles the largest and highest profile corporate and regulatory disputes in Australia.

We excel at running large, complex litigation, including regulatory investigations and proceedings; class actions; as well as corporate, commercial, infrastructure, competition and tax disputes. Known for being sharp and strategic, we deliver practical, commercial advice.

Our Partners are leaders in their areas of expertise, who take on tough, high-stakes litigation for leading international and Australian businesses. With experience representing both defendants and plaintiffs, we have invaluable insights into the judgment calls made on both sides of complex claims and prosecutions.

About the Roles We are seeking an Associate (2–5 PQE) to join our Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. In this role, you will contribute to high‑profile and complex commercial litigation while working closely with Partners and senior lawyers across our national team.

About You You bring strong technical capability and relevant experience in dispute resolution, along with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work. You:

have demonstrated expertise in dispute resolution;

ideally have expertise in restructuring & insolvency matters (preferable but not essential);

work well to meet deadlines and in a team, but also excel working autonomously on tasks appropriate for your experience level;

have strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to foster and build productive working relationships with colleagues and clients; and

take a collaborative, positive and energetic approach to everything you do.
