What You’ll Do

Be the go-to leader for a passionate team of carers and clinicians

Deliver high-quality, values-aligned care directly to clients in their homes

Champion clinical excellence, safety, and compassion in every visit

Guide and mentor staff to help them thrive in their roles

Collaborate across teams to streamline service delivery

Lead with purpose and be a role model for our mission and values

What You Bring You are a powerhouse clinician who leads with empathy and thrives on helping others grow. You care deeply about your clients, your team, and creating systems that work better for everyone.

You’ll need:

AHPRA - RN registration

At least 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership or senior care role

A passion for empowering others and creating positive change

Strong communication and organisational skillsConfidence in balancing hands‑on care and team oversight
