Key Responsibilities Each day you’ll go above and beyond to:

Drive growth across the Personal Everyday Banking portfolio using data‑driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Embed a customer‑obsessed culture, creating propositions that strengthen relationships and delight customers.

Deliver financial targets and benefits, ensuring alignment with the integrated portfolio strategy.

Manage risk and compliance proactively, maintaining adherence to agreed frameworks.

Lead and motivate teams, fostering clarity, capability, and collaboration.

Requirements

To live our values and demonstrate genuine passion for customer obsession.

Significant experience within financial services.

Extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business within the financial services industry.

Experience developing, articulating and implementing business strategy that achieves intended outcomes measured through shareholder, customer, and employee value.

Experience developing a long‑term strategy that leverages key differentiators in the market.

Demonstrated ability to be strategic and think highly numerically and commercially.

Demonstrated ability to advocate cross‑functional analysis of problems, encouraging cooperation across functions on key decisions.
