Distribution Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a permanent team plus contractor staff.

Manage warehouse operations : receiving, cycle counts, pick / pack, and dispatch.

Oversee daily inbound shipments and ensure smooth distribution.

Coordinate multiple B2B deliveries each day across Perth and regional WA.

Partner with sales to align operations with customer needs.

Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience Proven leadership in distribution, logistics, or warehousing.

Strong HR and people management skills with a coaching approach.

Hands-on manager – able to balance strategy with practical leadership.

Customer-focused, process-driven, and skilled at removing inefficiencies.
