Leadership and Vision: Setting strategic goals with the board and ensuring alignment with our vision and mission.

Advocacy: Being a voice for the organization in meetings, networking events, and community engagements.

Coordination: Collaborating with board members and volunteers to streamline operations and enhance our mentoring programs.

Communication: Keeping members informed about organizational developments and initiatives, fostering a transparent and inclusive environment.

Motivation: Inspiring others to join us in our mission and actively participating in recruitment and training of new volunteers.
