About the role Due to our continued and rapid growth in the Australian market, and the upcoming transition of a major high-profile client, Securitas has an opportunity for experienced Corporate Security Officers to join our business and work for an extremely well-known Global client in our Regency Park location.

The Corporate Security Officer must be able to implement quality security services, embedded operational best practices, standard administrative policies and customer service. This is a fulltime role based in Regency Park SA 4 on 4 off (2 days 5:30, 2 nights 17:30). Experience with a strong customer service background is encouraged to apply.

Key Tasks

Provide a security service in line with the site SOP's and customer requirements in order to protect the customer's employees, property and other assets.

Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.

Deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and discreet Security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s).

Ensure the safety and protection of customer's people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment.

Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always.

Deal with queries from the public, customers / visitors and employees.

Minimum Requirements

Must have a valid Security License

Ability to uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness

Excellent communication skills

Be able to work independently, self-aware, motivated as well as part able to work as part of the team

Be punctual and reliable

Be proactive, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality

Experience in a concierge / hosting / customer facing role

Previous security environment experience and / or security awareness training
