Lead organisational and cultural evolution aligned to growth
Ensure safe, compliant and high-quality operational delivery through your leadership team

Proven ability to lead dispersed teams, build capability and foster a high‑performance, values‑aligned culture, with a collaborative leadership style grounded in self‑awareness, integrity and ethical practice
Experience driving continuous improvement, service innovation and scalable delivery models
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, partnership development and communication skills
A demonstrated commitment to improving environmental outcomes and supporting communities
Pragmatic, forward‑thinking and motivated by building both impact and commercial resilience
Highly Desirable (but not essential)
