Enterprise Architect

Enterprise Architect (Advisor) Lead strategy and reference architecture for InfraCo’s passive digital infrastructure—fibre, towers, fixed network sites, data centres, and exchanges—and the wholesale products that rely on these assets (Dark Fibre, Direct Spectrum, Wavelength, POI rings, Data Centre Interconnect, InfraCo Building Access/colocation). The role is advisor‑led (not a doer): drive roadmaps led by AI, governance, investment options, and API‑enabled operating models, aligned to Connected Future 30 and Network‑as‑a‑Product (NaaP) vision.

Primary Responsibilities (Advisor)

Passive Architecture & Roadmap: Author reference architectures tied to assets (fibre, towers, exchanges/DCs, fixed sites) with diversity and sustainability patterns.

Digital Twin Governance: Define scope, model fidelity, data integration, and decision gates that require twin‑based evidence for planning/offer/capex.

AI Portfolio Stewardship: Maintain a concise backlog and oversee lightweight pilots for the use cases listed above.

Programmability & APIs: Embed ODA/Open APIs and InfraCo Digital Infrastructure APIs; ensure asset‑anchored automation and secure CX (CAMARA).

Stakeholder Management: Facilitate decisions across InfraCo, ServeCo, and Amplitel with clear, business‑oriented communication.

Required Experience & Skills

Passive Infrastructure Mastery (15+ yrs): Fibre/ducts, exchanges & fixed sites, data centres, tower backhaul; wholesale productization.

Aura Network knowledge: Dual‑cable express/foundation, regional “on/off ramps,” intercity routing.

Wholesale Offers & Colocation: Dark Fibre variants, POI rings, DC interconnect, Building Access/colocation.

Digital Twin & Data: Standing up network twins for planning/assurance; linking to inventory/telemetry.

Open Architectures & APIs: TM Forum ODA/Open APIs; exposure to CAMARA and NaaP.

Advisor profile: Exceptional communication; design‑thinking; think outside the box; influence outcomes without delivery control.
