We have an exciting full‑time opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian to join our friendly and well‑established team at Rochedale Vet Surgery.

This opportunity has arisen as our much‑loved Clinical Director moves into an exciting new chapter, launching their own start‑up clinic. We’re proud to support them in this next adventure and are now looking for a Clinical Director to guide our team into the next phase.

You’ll be joining a clinic known for its high standards of care, positive team culture, and long‑standing connection to the local community.

Located within Brisbane's southern suburbs, our clinic is easily accessible and situated within a welcoming, pet‑loving neighbourhood.

As part of the Judhar Vet Group, our clinic benefits from being part of a supportive network while still maintaining our own local identity, strong team culture, and close‑knit feel.

We’re looking for a vet with a minimum of 4 years’ experience who’s confident in both routine and more complex surgeries, has strong diagnostic skills, and brings a friendly, team‑focused approach to patient and client care. You’ll communicate clearly and kindly with both clients and colleagues, and enjoy supporting and guiding those around you. Bonus points if you have experience with ultrasound, orthopaedics, advanced dentistry, or a great sense of humour!

Structured Clinical Workflow Appropriately scheduled consultations with well‑planned days that allow routine cases to flow efficiently while ensuring more complex consultations are given the time they need. Our schedule allows adequate hospital time to properly work up cases, protected admin time for patient follow‑up, and realistic surgical schedules from admit through to discharge. We don’t overbook, and our team is supported to make sound clinical decisions with patient care and staff wellbeing as the priority.

Modern Facilities A long‑established practice with decades in the community, Rochedale Vet Surgery moved into purpose‑built premises in 2022, featuring four consult rooms, two operating tables, digital radiography (including dental), Mindray ultrasound, IDEXX in‑house pathology suite, and RxWorks with numerous integrations to support efficient workflow.

Specialist Support Collaborate with visiting specialists in ultrasound, cardiology, orthopaedics, dentistry and more.
