Overview We're looking for an

IT Systems Support

officer to join our Technology team based in our Sydney office. This role works under the guidance of the Head of Technology and senior members of our technology team and closely with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to maintain operational continuity and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

Technical Support and Troubleshooting : Respond to software and hardware enquiries, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to ensure efficient system performance.

System Maintenance and Deployment : Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware, and network infrastructure, including peripheral equipment.

Operational Improvements : Support the implementation of computer networks, contribute to website maintenance, and help adapt programs to meet user requirements.

About You We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled individual who enjoys solving problems and supporting users. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to delivering high-quality IT support.

If you have some of the following skills, experience, or qualities, we would like to hear from you:

Tertiary qualifications (Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Associate Degree) in Information Technology or a related field.

At least 3 years of relevant experience and/or vendor certifications may substitute for formal qualifications.

Strong understanding of hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and installation.

Experience with network implementation and peripheral equipment maintenance.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with ITIL or similar service delivery frameworks is desirable.

Experience working in a call centre or service desk environment is a plus.
