We’re seeking an experienced and motivated

Head of Electrical

to lead, grow, and oversee all aspects of our electrical division. This role is ideal for a qualified electrician who’s ready to step up into leadership — combining hands‑on technical expertise with strong team management and business acumen.

You’ll oversee operations, drive performance and quality, and be the go‑to for complex fault finding, quoting support, and department growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the electrical team (trades and apprentices)

Oversee day‑to‑day operations and job delivery

Handle advanced fault finding, diagnostics, and rectification

Manage department performance, budgets, and workflow efficiency

Support quoting and job scoping alongside management

Ensure all electrical works meet safety and compliance standards

Develop systems and processes to support ongoing growth

About You

Fully qualified and licensed A‑Grade electrician

Strong leadership or supervisory experience within a service or project environment

Excellent diagnostic and problem‑solving skills

Clear communicator with solid organizational ability

Commercially minded and growth‑focused

Reliable, motivated, and driven to deliver quality outcomes
