With strong year-on-year growth and clear commercial strategy, we are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven professional to lead function and corporate revenue growth across three Southeast Queensland venues.
The Role
This is a strategic multi-venue leadership opportunity within an established and respected national brand.
You will be responsible for developing and strengthening long-term partnerships with corporate clients, schools, sporting organisations and community groups.
Your focus will be sustainable revenue growth, increasing function revenue share to 15%+ total revenue, and elevating our presence within the local business community.
You will manage the full sales journey while working collaboratively with Venue Managers to ensure every event reflects the quality and professionalism of the X-Golf brand.
Key Responsibilities
Increase function revenue across three venues
Develop and maintain strong corporate and community partnerships
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
Improve enquiry conversion rates and average spend per event
Identify strategic midweek and off-peak opportunities
Provide clear monthly reporting against agreed KPIs
Contribute to long-term commercial growth strategy
About You
You are commercially confident, yet relationship focused.
You build trust easily, communicate professionally and understand that consistent follow-through drives long-term revenue.

You likely bring:
3+ years in hospitality event sales, corporate sales or venue function management
Demonstrated revenue growth achievements
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Confidence engaging senior decision-makers
High personal accountability and organisation

What We Offer
Competitive base salary $80,000 – $90,000 pa plus superannuation.
Performance incentives aligned to measurable revenue growth
On-Target Earnings $100,000+ pa for strong performers
