We\'re looking for a Responsible Investment Manager to help drive our ESG strategy across our portfolio and business. This role is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical ESG expertise, shape how sustainability is embedded into investment decision-making, and raise capability across a growing and ambitious organisation. We welcome applications from both full-time candidates and those looking at a part-time arrangement (0.8 FTE). Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of MaxCap’s ESG and Sustainability Risk Assessment (SRA) frameworks. Support investment teams on Modern Slavery due diligence and ongoing ESG compliance. Manage reporting for ESG commitments. Lead the production of MaxCap’s Annual Sustainability Report and fund-level ESG disclosures. Support quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting for institutional and SMA clients. Design and deliver ESG training across the firm. Maintain and improve ESG manuals, tools and frameworks. Monitor regulatory trends and market expectations to ensure best practice. Secretarial duties for the ESG Advisory Committee (scheduling, minutes, actions). Collaborate with Legal and Risk to maintain ESG policies and compliance. Represent MaxCap at ESG industry forums and contribute to working groups. About You

A background in ESG, sustainability, investment management, or related fields. Strong knowledge of responsible investment frameworks and how ESG issues translate into financial and reputational risks and opportunities. Demonstrated experience leading projects, managing data/reporting and engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, ideally using tools like Excel, PowerBI or Tableau. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
