We’re seeking a commercially driven, hands‑on
Head of Marketing & eCommerce
to lead brand strategy, accelerate revenue growth, scale digital channels and build a high‑performing team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role and help shape the future of a brand built to dominate.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director, you will own the full marketing and eCommerce function — spanning brand, performance marketing, retail activation and sponsorship execution.
You will lead and grow the existing team, refine strategy, scale online sales, strengthen retail presence and maximise ROI across all marketing investments.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Strategy
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets
Define brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Lead product launches, limited drops and major campaign rollouts
Drive brand storytelling and community growth
Digital & eCommerce
Own and scale the eCommerce strategy (DTC, marketplaces, subscriptions, bundles)
Drive revenue through paid media, email/SMS, SEO, CRO and retention marketing
Optimise performance with a strong ROAS and LTV focus
Use data and analytics to inform decision‑making and growth
Retail & Trade Marketing
Partner with sales to support retail expansion
Deliver impactful retail activations and promotional campaigns
Oversee POS, merchandising and in‑store visibility initiatives
Sponsorships & Partnerships
Lead sponsorship and partnership strategy (events, athletes, influencers, ambassadors)
Negotiate and manage agreements with clear ROI accountability
Ensure partnerships convert into measurable brand and sales growth
Leadership & Commercial Accountability
Lead, mentor and grow the marketing team
Own the marketing budget and performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, revenue growth)
Present growth strategy and results
About You
You are commercially sharp, strategically minded and comfortable operating in a high‑growth environment. You think big, move fast and execute with impact.
You bring:
5–7+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, beverage or consumer brands
Proven success scaling brands across retail and eCommerce
Strong performance marketing and digital growth expertise
Experience leading and building teams
Sponsorship, collab and partnership management experience
Strong analytical capability and commercial acumen
Experience in high‑growth or challenger brands (highly regarded)
