2– 4 PQE solicitor

to join their high-performing team.

You’ll work on

complex, high-profile matters , advising companies, directors, creditors, and insolvency practitioners across restructures, formal appointments, and contentious insolvency. You will gain hands‑on experience drafting and reviewing key documentation, managing litigation, and advising on directors’ duties and enforcement of security.

About You 2–4 years’ PQE in restructuring, insolvency, or related commercial litigation Experience at a mid-tier or international law firm Strong technical skills, commercial judgment, and drafting capability Collaborative, proactive, and ready to take ownership of matters
