Permanent Full-Time - 80 hours per fortnight

What You’ll Be Doing As our People & Culture Director, you will lead the charge in delivering comprehensive people solutions that drive performance and engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing cutting‑edge People & Culture best practices that elevate our workplace experience

Delivering seamless payroll services that ensure our team is rewarded accurately and on time

Managing employee relations with empathy and expertise, fostering positive workplace relationships

Overseeing return‑to‑work programs that support our staff through their wellness journey

Developing and maintaining strategies that create a supported, high‑performing workforce

Collaborating with leadership to ensure high‑quality service delivery across all People & Culture functions
