The Medical Director at Bendigo Primary Care Centre is a key clinical leadership position, with responsibility for clinical governance, compliance and oversight of all clinical and non‑clinical staff including General Practitioners, other service delivery staff and contractors.

What we’re looking for We’re looking for an experienced clinical leader who can build strong, trusting relationships with General Practitioners, patients and community supporting the delivery of optimal standards of care. The high level of objectives of the role are:

Optimise the delivery of care in the General Practice and Urgent Care settings.

Define and monitor the clinical direction of the organisation, in consultation with internal stakeholders.

Enhance systems and processes related to the management of clinical safety.

About Bendigo Primary Care Centre BPCC was established to enhance primary care services for the Bendigo community and surrounding region. It provides comprehensive multi‑professional primary health care services.

Services The Centre aims to provide a range of services:

GP clinic offering medical and nursing services.

Preventative and continuing care team that includes a full range of allied health and other ancillary services.

Focus on helping patients better manage their health conditions, including chronic diseases.

Other specialist clinics to meet the specific needs of the local community.
