10-month Fixed-Term opportunity

Own Customer Advocacy outcomes for existing high priority clients

In the role of Director, you will join the FSA team that’s doubling down on owning it!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Execute super sector business development plans to drive deposit growth and market share in payments and liquidity management

Design and deliver tailored Transaction Banking structures that provide financial and operational efficiencies for clients

Develop and launch sector‑aligned product initiatives supporting strategic objectives at both client and portfolio levels

Deliver actionable insights and communicate client feedback to shape continuous product improvement

Proactively manage risk and compliance, ensuring robust controls and adherence to all relevant policies

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

A client‑first, team‑first mindset with an interest in the Payments/Fund management industry

Proven expertise in business development and direct experience in transaction banking, and deposit/balance sheet knowledge

Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships, resolve escalations/complex issues and drive origination to deliver financial outperformance

Agile leadership experience, with a track record of driving change and securing executive sponsorship

Strong communication skills at both strategic and operational levels, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders as well as work closely with colleagues who manage the day to day portfolio
