We are on the hunt for a Venue General Manager to join Yo‑Chi in

Sunshine Plaza !

What’s the gig?

As a leader in the business, you’ll be the one who makes sure everything runs smoothly, from ensuring our customers leave with big smiles to leading a fun, hardworking team. You’ll oversee the store’s day‑to‑day, keep the vibes high, and make sure everything’s running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.

Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.

Day‑to‑day inventory management and stock control.

Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.

Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.

Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.

Responsible for venue P&L management.

Who You Are:

A confident leader with retail or hospitality experience (QSR experience a plus!).

A people‑first person who loves building teams and connecting with customers.

Positive, proactive, and always ready to jump in where needed.

Organised, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement.
